     　　　  高島城（諏訪）の概要
 
高島城は諏訪湖に浮かぶ「浮城」といわれている。
１５９８年に、日根野織部正高吉が設計し、完成したもの。
明治時代に撤去されたが、昭和４５年春に再建復興している。

現在の本丸には３層の天守閣があり、二の丸跡は庭園となって
いる。眼下には諏訪湖が広がり、遠く、富士山・八ヶ岳・穂高
槍を遠望できる。
平城としては、国内最高の海抜（約７６０メ－トル）にある。

今年春は７年に一度の御柱（オンバシラ）祭の年であり、豪華
勇壮な祭りが見られる。

城長さんの丁寧な案内も人気を呼んでいる。ぜひ一度、来城を。


         TAKASHIMA CASTLE  (Suwa-city)   
 
Takashima castle is  small but very famous as a floating 
castle because it was located near the lake shore.

This castle was built in 1598 and has rebuilt in 1970 after 
the ruin of old castle. It is about 750m above sea level. 

There are 3 layer donjon,the corner tower,waterful maot and 
memorial park.
You can see Mt. fuji and high mountains such as yatsugatak, 
Hotaka,yari from the top of donjon on a clear day.

This year, the traditional ONBASHIRA festival will be held
this district.
You can see the famous festival that brave people draws a 
very big wooden pole  siging a "KIYARI-SONG". 

If you come to this castle, you can be explained the profile
of the castle by Jyo-chou(the Master of the castle).
