「紫陽花」と「桔梗」が有名な古刹「智識寺」と「見性寺」はJR戸倉駅下車、

千曲川の西側約２キロにあり、いずれも千年以上前の開基といわれております。

あまり多くの人に知られておりませんが、梅雨時の素晴らしい花を御覧下さい。


「智識寺」は、紫陽花の紫・白・赤・青などとともに、十一面観音が有名です。

「見性寺」は大きな桔梗が咲き誇り、つぼみ、咲きかけ、満開などが見えます。

The old two temple "Chisikiji" and "Kensyoji" is located at the west side 
of Chikumagawa-river near JR Togura station.(Kamiyamada near Ueda-city).
In rainy season "tsuyu", there are very beautiful flowers at the temples.

"Chisikiji-temple" has a verious color of hydrangea:pink,purple,white etc.
"Kensyoji-temple"has big baloonflowers,a verious blooming states of flowers.
